Dedicated to support professional photographers owning Canon professional equipment for their daily work.
CPS (Canon Professional Services) is a service designed to support Canon Professional Users. It is currently a free service designed to provide busy professionals with information and support to help them in their work. Because this service is designed for Professional Users there are some entry qualifications. In general you should own at least 1 Professional Canon AF body (Film: EOS 3 & 1 series; Digital: EOS 30D, 5D & 1D series) and 1 Canon L-series lens. These equipments should be officially imported by Canon Singapore Pte Ltd. Also, we cannot accept applications from Non- Full-time Professionals.
In order to speed up your application, you should send together your membership application with some supporting document as an evidence showing:
1. You own officially imported Canon equipments and
2. You are a full-time professional photographer.

Photocopy of full set Warranty Card(s) of the registered Professional equipment officially issued by Canon Singapore Pte Ltd. (Professional equipment stands for: EOS 3, EOS 30D, EOS 5D, EOS 1 series and EOS 1D series camera and Canon L lens, For more information, please refer to item 1 in the Terms & Conditions) |

Photocopy of employment confirmation letter issued by your employer if you are employed |

Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate if you run your own business |

Photocopy of Inland Revenue Department Employer’s Return of Remuneration and Pensions for the most current year |

You body of work or portfolio related to your professional / career in a CD or any other forms(The above information supplied by you will be used for CPS membership application purpose only.) |
The benefits under the CPS Scheme will vary in different locations and are subject to change by Canon. The benefits may include:

Priority in the provision of equipment maintenance and repair services for registered Canon photographic equipment subjects to each region |

Promotional offers on the rates for servicing of registered Canon photographic equipment |

Access to the technical support and services of Canon representatives at events that Canon from time to time selects |

Provision of Canon photographic equipment on a short-term basis in the event of loss, theft or damage to registered Canon photographic equipment (subject to availability, payment of a rental charge and other terms and conditions of Canon) |

Invitations to events organised by Canon located near you |
CPS Membership is granted for two years basis. You will have the option to continue or terminate your CPS Membership if Canon notifies you that it will charge you a membership fee.
CPS Membership is subject to Canon's standard terms and conditions set out in this leaflet (the "Conditions") as such Conditions may be varied by Canon. The normal processing time for applications for CPS Membership is around one month from the date of Canon receives your application form.
