"Online Warranty" Promo:
- Above promotions are valid for purchases made between and including the dates stated above. Please also refer to the date above for the last day of redemption.
- Please produce ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD and RECEIPT for redemptions of free gifts.

- Purchase-with-purchase offers are available at point of sale.

- Is this promotion valid at all authorised Canon dealers?
Yes, promotion is valid at all authorised Canon dealers.
- If I purchase 2 printers, does that mean that I will receive 2 voucher booklets?
Yes, each printer purchase will entitle you to receive 1 voucher booklet.
- Do I need to bring my printer receipt to redeem for the free ink for the other months?
Yes, original Canon warranty card and original purchase receipt is required for redemption of ink vouchers and ink cartridges.
- If I purchase my printer on 30th June, when is the last day I can redeem the voucher?
Last day for redemption of voucher is 7 July 2013.
- If I do not utilise the voucher by end of the month, does that mean it is invalid?
Each voucher must be redeemed latest by the following month otherwise it is no longer valid for use.
- Can I use 2 vouchers for one time purchase or in advance?
No. Each voucher is only valid for ink purchases made within the same month of the voucher.
- Can I reuse the voucher?
No. Each voucher is good for one-time use only.
- Can I combine my purchase receipts to redeem for free ink?
Maximum 2 combined receipts of ink purchase are allowed for one voucher redemption.
- Can I purchase more than 2 ink cartridges using 1 voucher in order to redeem for more free inks?
No. Each voucher is only entitled to purchase of maximum 2 ink cartridges in order to redeem for 1 free ink catridge. For PIXMA MG3170, 2 ink cartridges refers to 1 Value Pack PG-740 / CL-741.
- Do I need to purchase my inks from the redemption centres or authorised dealers in order to qualify for this promotion?
Purchase of inks from any of our authorized dealers are recognised but free ink redemption is only at our appointed redemption centres.
- Are the vouchers transferrable?
No, vouchers are not transferrable.
"Online Warranty" Promo:
- Purchase selected models during the indicated promotion period and register your warranty online by 30 April 2013 to enjoy additional gifts as above.
- In addition to the above item 2 under Terms and Conditions, customers need to print the Online warranty registration copy to claim the additional gifts at Canon Customer Care Centre.
- Each customer is entitled for one redemption per model only.
