Administration: Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities:
  • To service current and new accounts & ensure customers' satisfaction

Technical: Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for installation, repairs and maintenance of Stepper and Scanner (Semiconductor Production Equipment)
  • Provide presentation and summary reports for the customers
  • Parts and documents control

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Mechantronics) and related field
  • Domestic & Overseas training programs provided
  • On-site jobs with rotational standby duties during nights and public holidays
  • Occasional on-site shift jobs
  • Experience in semiconductor / wafer fab industry will an added advantage
