Accounting functions

With the printer’s helpful accounting functions, businesses and companies may track their printer’s output and usage carefully, to reduce wastage and save idle downtime and cost. A smart chip in each tank stores information on ink levels, and issues a warning whenever it runs low, while an internal counter calculates the amount of roll paper remaining so you are never left running on empty. The added accounting functions collect printer job log information and calculate printing costs for ultimate usage control.

For CAD users and demanding print professionals, this large format printer has convenient onboard support for HP-GL/2 and HP-RTL data and files. Print large-format directly from CAD/GIS applications for high precision printouts with incredible colour rendering.

80GB hard disk drive (iPF755)

Free up computer tasks and relieve heavy workloads quicker with an embedded large capacity 80GB hard disk drive (on the iPF755 only). Enabling greater productivity and control even for large-volume, complex print jobs, the additional memory boosts your printer’s processing power for superior performance. Data from multiple jobs is also saved in the memory so even if an error such as running out of paper occurs during a job, you can easily reprint the job from the PC’s status monitor.
